1. If you’re standing at the villa’s entrance and facing the larger road, Mahob Khmer, Hot Stone, and Amok Khmer restaurants are directly across from you. Additionally, Peace Cafe (a vegetarian restaurant) is just on the other side of the river!

2. To your left, about 150 meters down the road, you will find the Siem Reap River. Adjacent to it, you’ll see a block of foreign-run cafes and a public garden. The vegetarian restaurant, Peace Cafe, is approximately 300 meters away from there.

3. Just around the corner from our location, you’ll find ABA Bank with an ATM for your convenience. Additionally, there is a 7 Eleven Mini Mart located about 200 meters from the villa. If you’re interested in exploring the local pub scene on Street 60m, it is approximately 1 kilometer away.

4. Several popular attractions such as the Angkor National Museum, Angkor Botanical Garden, Royal Garden, Theam’s Gallery, and the Killing Field are all within walking distance from our villa.
